If your product arrived correctly but you did not like it or did not fit, you have 5 calendar days, from the date of delivery, to request a return. We ask you to report your decision by writing to admin@ropamexicana.store or by writing in the Contact Us section of this site.

f your product did not fit, it is not the model or size you requested, it presents abuse in its packaging; accounts with 48 working hours, from the date of delivery, to request a refund.

When raising the report you must provide the order number, reason for the return and a phone number to which we can easily contact you.

If your report is made after the established times (depending on the reason for the return), it will be taken as an extemporaneous report and will be evaluated by the Guarantees Department who will validate if the return is appropriate.

If the report is made in time, you will receive a folio number to track your return.

In the case of defective merchandise, we will request evidence or images that show the incidence you report. We will ask you to send 2 photographs of the article detailing the defect if it exists, 2 photographs of the packaging of the article and 2 photographs of the parcel packaging, one where the guide is displayed and another the state of the box. Another option is to send a video with the detail described previously.

Items damaged due to misuse by the customer will not be accepted.

In the event that the purchase order is placed on items that have any legal restriction on their marketing or any specific regulation, they will be subject to compliance with them, for which Ropa Mexicana Store reserves the right to refuse the delivery of such products at the address in question, if this is the case, that amount will be deducted from your account.

We inform you that you will have 72 hours to document the evidence after having generated the defective merchandise report. The response time by Ropa Mexicana Store is 72 business hours after sending the evidence of defective merchandise.

If the return is accepted, the merchandise must be sent to the address: Pavo Real, number 35, Fraccionamiento Las Alamedas, Atizapán de Zaragoza, State of Mexico, C. P. 52970.

The items must come in their original packaging and with all the accessories and instructions you received.

The product will be replaced by another of similar version, as long as it is in existence, if it is no longer available, the merchandise will be reimbursed.

If you received your order well but after a certain time your product shows some flaw, you must write to admin@ropamexicana.store or send a message in the Contact Us section of this site and we will tell you what to do. Consider that according to the type of product you purchased the warranty time may vary.


You can only cancel a purchase made through the website of Xiadani Store on the same day you made the payment or the next day, if you made the payment after hours. To request cancellation, you must write to admin@ropamexicana.store or leave a message in our Contact Us section.

If our customer service area receives your notice after the shipment of your order, we ask you to receive the merchandise and make a return report.

Ropa Mexicana Store may restrict the sale to a maximum of 1 piece of the same item based on demand, existence, promotions and discounts.

Devolution costs

The cost of the return of merchandise is paid by the customer, as long as the cause of the return is due to reasons beyond the control of Ropa Mexicana Store.

The reasons that apply for free refund are:

  • a) The merchandise presents a damage or defect in the factory.
  • b) The product is NOT the model or size requested.
  • c) The product is incomplete or lacks an accessory.

To return the merchandise, a report or refund request is required.


All the products that are offered are subject to availability, in case it is not possible to fill your product once the order is made or a refund is authorized, the refund will be made of the amount paid to the same means of payment with which it was made the purchase.

As the payments are made through PAYPAL, Ropa Mexicana Store will notify the Financial Institution so that it makes the corresponding reimbursement. This procedure is under the responsibility and treatment of Paypal.
